Russian Tee Pipe Fittings Project

 In June of this year, we received an inquiry from regular Russian customer about the tee pipe fittings. The pipe is welded by two steel pipes, and three flanges are welded to the pipe ends. When received the customer's inquiry, our technical department carefully studied the drawings, discussed the technical problems in the drawings, gave our best welding production plan, and promptly gave the customer feedback on the price.

Before the project was confirmed, we discussed and communicated the parameters in the drawings several times with the customer. Our technicians pointed out some unreasonable parameters of the drawings and provided solutions according to production experience. The proposal has been recognized by customers.

After the order was confirmed in September, we immediately started to purchase raw materials, conducted raw material quality inspections, and started the welding work at random. After 20 days, we successfully completed the production, and arranged for the quality inspection colleagues to carry out the inspection, measure the various parameters on the drawings, take photos and records. The product pictures and quality inspection reports are send to the customer. After being approved by the customer, we package the pipe fittings and make wooden boxes for shipment to avoid damage to the pipe fittings during transportation.
