How to prolong the service life of spiral steel tube?
The service life of spiral steel tube is mainly related to the operation environment and production technology. 1. Petroleum asphalt, with wide raw materials and low prices. However, the working conditions are poor, the quality is difficult to guarantee, and the environmental pollution is serious.
2. Epoxy coal tar pitch, easy to operate, but the cover layer curing time is long, affected by the environment, not suitable for field operations, difficult to work below 10 °C.
3. Coated with epoxy powder, electrostatic spraying method, good fusion with the same material anti-corrosion pipe, strong adhesion, but poor waterproof of epoxy powder (water absorption rate is higher, up to 0.83%).
4. TPE heat-shrinkable material has strong anticorrosion and sealing, high mechanical strength, strong waterproof, stable quality, convenient construction, good applicability and no pollution to the environment. PE has low water absorption (less than 0.01%) and high epoxy strength, low water absorption of PE and good softness of hot melt adhesives. It has high reliability of corrosion protection. The disadvantage is that compared with other materials, the cost is high.
5. PF and RPC cold wrap belt construction is simple and easy, the matching three types of molding glue, so that PF epoxy coal bitumen cold wrap can be constructed in any environment, any season, any temperature conditions.
6. The characteristics of cold-wound tape and 3PE heat-shrinkable tape are that they are suitable for pipeline anticorrosive coatings of various materials.
